Put away from thee, he said, sorrow, for she is the sister of doubtful-mindedness and angry temper. Put on therefore cheerfulness, which hath favour with God always and is acceptable to Him.

And revel thou in it. For every cheerful man worketh good, and thinketh good, and despiseth sadness. But the sorrowful man is always committing sin.
