Book of the Giants 4
1
Then Ohya and Hahya, the two sons of Shemihazah, began to dream dreams. And the sleep of their eyes fled from them, and they arose and came to their father.
2
And they told him of the dreams which they had seen. And Ohya said: I saw in my dream a great tree that was rooted in the earth.
3
And behold, gardeners came and cut down the tree and stripped it bare, and left only a single root. And a voice came from the root.
4
And I awoke in terror. And Hahya said: I also saw a dream, and my dream also was terrible.
5
I saw in my dream a great garden, all planted with trees, and in it were trees of every kind, beautiful in their aspect.
6
And angels came down from heaven with axes in their hands, and they cut down the trees. And they left only one tree with three of its roots.
