Apocalypse of Abraham 23

And I said: Eternal, Mighty One! What is this picture of the creatures? And He said to me: This is my will with regard to those who exist in the world and it was good in my sight. And then afterwards I gave them a commandment by my word and they came into existence.

And I ordained them a destiny, the things which I created in the light. And those which are on the left side, these are the tribes appointed by me to be chastised and punished at my word at the end.
