Methuselah and his brethren stood by the altar and said: Blessed is the Lord, the God of our father Enoch! Let us honour Him with our gifts! Let us not deny the heritage that has been given us from our fathers!

And they produced all their oxen, and took their sheep, and slaughtered them all before the Lord, and all the elders of the people and all the brethren came to the celebration, and they ate and they drank.
