"All persons incarcerated at the Montreal Detention Facility who were deprived of the right to take at least 1 hour per day of outdoor walk or physical exercise from January 1, 2022 until judgment, unless they were engaged in outdoor work or worked outside the facility or were subject to a preventive isolation measure."
The plaintiff brutally established over 23 deadlocks against all humanitarian logic and fundamental rights. Justice Perreault granted exterior court time but did NOT acknowledge these systematic deadlocks depriving detainees of their most basic rights.
Complaint to the Conseil de la magistrature
A formal complaint is being prepared against the Hon. Justice Éliane B. Perreault for her refusal to acknowledge the documented systematic deadlocks, despite the overwhelming evidence presented during two Habeas Corpus hearings.
