The church is the living body of believers — and the temple of God is WITHIN YOU. You do not need permission to pray. You do not need a middleman to repent. You do not need to pay anyone to reach your Father. Any institution that charges for access to God, that locks salvation behind tithes, that conditions forgiveness on obedience to men — stands in violation of the finished work of the Cross. V. You are commanded to look WITHIN. Pray in your closet (Matthew 6:6). Seek God in the secret place. He is not in the megachurch. He is not in the Vatican. He is not in the cathedral. He is in your heart, waiting for you to be still and know that He is God (Psalm 46:10). VI. LET IT BE KNOWN that this decree does not condemn the gathering of believers. Where two or three are gathered in His name, He is there (Matthew 18:20). A church that feeds the hungry, shelters the broken, and asks nothing in return is the body of Christ in action. THIS DECREE CONDEMNS THE SYSTEM — the institution that placed itself as gatekeeper between God and His children, that built thrones of gold while the poor starved, that claimed authority over salvation itself. This is the spirit of Mystery Babylon: "Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins" (Revelation 18:4). Come out of the SYSTEM — not out of love for one another. VII. This decree is irrevocable. It was sealed 2,000 years ago in the blood of Jesus Christ. We merely declare what has always been true. The veil is torn. The way is open.
