Case 500-06-001298-245 is a class action filed on behalf of persons who suffered inhumane conditions in detention facilities operated by Québec's Ministry of Public Security from 2020 to the present.
Overcrowding, poor hygiene, inadequate food, insufficient medical care, violence, abusive isolation, vermin, prolonged lockdowns, and other documented violations of human dignity.
